Rethinking Recruiting Structure
In the first half of 2016, no other topic has been hotter than that of organizational structure within recruiting. CareerXroads initiated the “Rethinking Recruiting Structure” survey and received responses from ~60 CareerXroads Colloquium member companies. The series of questions focused around how the recruiting functions within these large organizations are organized and work specifically around volume and internal and external movement.
A conversation with all CareerXroads members was held 4/22/2016 to discuss the survey results. Highlighted statistics from those conversations follow below.
